Celebrate Among The Trees With New Birthday Party Packages at Arbor Day Farm

LINCOLN, Nebraska (May 30, 2024) – There’s a new, one-of-a-kind way for parents to celebrate their child’s birthday in Nebraska City. Arbor Day Farm has debuted three birthday party packages at its popular Tree Adventure location.

“These newly designed experiences offer families the chance to indulge their child’s adventurous spirit in a fun and safe environment,” Arbor Day Farm vice president Brandon Schuster said. “Commemorating a birthday should be a special occasion, and with the forest as a backdrop, parents can guarantee a day their little one will never forget.”

All birthday party packages guarantee exclusive access to a reserved area with comfortable picnic seating, entertainment from Carly Cardinal the forest mascot, and private entry to Treetop Village. Treehouse Adventure Party

• Includes admission for up to 15 kids and 4 adults.
• Each child receives a voucher for a free treat from the concession stand and a tree seedling to take home and plant.

Forest Explorer Party

• Includes admission for up to 20 kids and 4 adults.
• 1-hour Discovery Ride or guided tour through the forest with knowledgeable expert.
• Each child receives a free treat from the concession stand, a grab bag with special tree-themed gifts and a tree seedling to take home and plant.  
• Kids can partake in a scavenger hunt along the nature trails.
• The Arbor Day Foundation will plant 10 trees in a U.S. national forest in honor of the birthday person.

Outdoor Movie Night Party

• Includes admission for up to 15 kids and 5 adults.
• Exclusive nighttime access to the entire Tree Adventure space, with dazzling lights on the deck of Treetop Village.
• Each child receives a glow stick, a treat from the concession stand and a tree seedling to take home and plant.
• Guests can select the music to be played on the speakers and choose from a selection of movies.
• The Arbor Day Foundation will plant 10 trees in a U.S. national forest in honor of the birthday person.

Additional add-ons can be included with any birthday party package including a Gnome Hunt, Indoor or Outdoor Movie, and a Private Discovery Ride.

Tree Adventure is a year-round experience at Arbor Day Farm that nurtures a love of nature in the next generation of tree planters. Visitors can travel the trails, play in the Nature Explore Classroom and climb through the forest canopy at Treetop Village. Every visit also helps support the Arbor Day Foundation in its mission to plant trees in areas of greatest need.
