Atlantic City Electric is providing 3,000 free trees to customers through Energy-Saving Trees, an Arbor Day Foundation program that helps conserve energy and reduce electricity bills through strategic tree planting. Starting today, Delmarva Power customers can reserve their free trees at arborday.org/delmarvatrees.

Lied Lodge & Conference Center, part of the Lincoln-based Arbor Day Foundation, was chosen by readers of Meetings Focus MidAmerica magazine as a "Best of MidAmerica" meeting venue for the region. Located on the 260-acre Arbor Day Farm in Nebraska City, Nebraska, Lied Lodge includes 144 guest rooms and 14,000 square feet of adjustable meeting and banquet space.

Students and staff at the University of Colorado planted 35 trees from the Arbor Day Foundation this morning, in celebration of the university's commitment to tree care and conservation. This is the second year of Tree Campus USA recognition for the University of Colorado. Today, 35 Gambel Oak trees were planted along a new bike path east of the Coors Event Center.
