Frequently Asked Questions

Account Management and Login Issues 

If your community, school, utility, or healthcare facility has been previously recognized but isn't showing up in the dropdown menu, please submit a ticket. Our team will be happy to assist you and ensure the correct information is provided. 

If you're having trouble receiving your verification code, try the following: 

  • Double-check your email address is entered correctly. 

  • Wait 5 minutes for the code to arrive. 

  • Check your spam or junk folder. 

  • Make sure your firewall isn't blocking the code (you may need to work with your IT department). 

  • Try receiving the code on a different network (such as home instead of work). If you're still having issues, please submit a ticket, and we'll assist you further. 

If you're logged in as an applicant but should have coordinator access, please submit a ticket. Our team can help update your access quickly.  

Application and Program Management 

To apply for multiple campuses, click the "Add New or Switch" button beneath your campus name. 

If it's a new campus, you can add all the details and start the process right there. 

If it’s an existing campus and you don’t see it in the dropdown menu, submit a ticket and we’ll add the campus for you. 

Expenditures and Calculations 

Expenditures are listed in dollars, except for volunteer hours, which are converted into a dollar amount. Here’s the calculation: 

Volunteer Hours × National Volunteer Average = Dollar Amount 

Expenditures = A + B + C + (Volunteer Hours × National Volunteer Average) 

Deadlines and Timelines 

Once an application has been submitted for review, it cannot be edited. However, if your application is still under regional or state review, contact your State Coordinator for revisions. If it’s pending ADF review, please submit a ticket, and we’ll assist you with making any necessary changes.

You can download submitted applications from your dashboard. 

Please note, applications submitted before 2022 cannot be downloaded.
