How we turn your ambition into action
Network
Learn from the best
Tap into the collective experience of a network of urban forestry leaders. Members have access to working groups where leaders problem-solve and learn from each other’s triumphs and challenges. The momentum continues at conferences and networking events like Alliance for Community Trees Day at the Partners in Community Forestry conference.
Membership Portal
Members have access to an online hub for learning resources, leadership growth opportunities, and marketing materials that are ready-to-use. Urban and community forestry project proposals in search of support can also be submitted through this portal.
Education and training
Members can tap into educational opportunities, with new content regularly added. In our membership portal, you’ll find free webcasts, training sessions, seminars, and more, in addition to the capacity-building implementation templates and environmental justice resources you can find here.
Bring projects to life
Since 2016, over $36 million has been distributed to members of the network to turn their ideas into trees in the ground.
Tree planters welcome
We welcome passionate organizers making a difference in their corners of the world through urban and community forestry.
Nonprofits
Community-based organizations and environmental nonprofits can gain collective knowledge from peers and gather inspiration for what success can look like.
Municipalities
Cities and towns can find tools and resources that empower them to make the case for urban trees to decision-makers and bring trees to doorsteps in their communities.
Individuals
Members who join on an individual basis become part of a network that supports others and amplifies their ambitions.
